Warranty Policy - Fredo Speakers

We at fredo.in have a very liberal warranty policy. The confidence stems from our meticulous manufacturing process and the care we take in making each and every product.

We offer a 1 year warranty policy against all manufacturing defects.

WhatsApp 9840024579, within 1 year, if you feel a manufacturing defect is present.

These defects do not cover:

-Installation tampering/failures/damage to dust cap or diaphragm

-Fall damages (particle sound in chassis, which may be attributed to fall damage)

-Overdriving current by mismatched amplifiers

-Water contact

The customer is deemed responsible for the environment in which the product is placed and used. The defects caused by heat damage, high humidity effects, and normal wear and tear are not covered under warranty.

In case of physical damage, defective or wrong item, we REPLACE the items within 7 days.

No claim will be entertained without a proper  bill copy
