is the out put power of the in-built amplifier same as the RMS of the woofer?

Hi, I am interested in buying the bass tube. One question though. My car stereo doesn't have a RCA output. How can I connect the bass tube to my stereo.

Power supply and amplifier is inside the base tube. It is an Active base tube. Just need 12V battery connection from the car.
