WHY MY ORDER IS NOT SHIPPED YET?

We, at fredo.in, highly respect our pre-paid customers. Please note, an email is sent to you, as soon as you complete the payment & a copy of same email is sent to our logistics partners, with your name and shipping address. And they start their shipping process. The tracking number is received by us in 24 to 48 hours, depending upon the time of the day, when the order is placed. The tracking number is manually uploaded on your order page. It takes 3 to 10 business days to complete an order delivery.

WHY IS IT NECESSARY TO ATTEND UNKNOWN PHONE CALLS AFTER PLACING ORDER?

Once the order is placed, your contact information is shared with a battery of courier agencies, which may fulfil your address PIN Code. These courier partners may call your mobile number, if they feel, your address is incomplete or if their service is unable to reach your desired location, for various reasons. Please guide our courier partners, so that they can deliver on time.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF COURIER CAN'T REACH SPECIFIED LOCATION?

Our courier partners service 95% of PIN Codes in India. Certain regions are out of reach due political situations, pandemic, natural calamities or various other unavoidable circumstances. You are requested to give an alternate delivery address or pickup from a nearby location, as requested by our courier partners.
