Fredo is a trade mark registered in India, with Aman International, Proprietor, Mr. D.S. Gill. Trademark No# 3019711/ Class 9. Brand Authority is exclusively permitted to ASG Enterprise and is registered in India, under Intellectual Property Rights. Any person, company, selling "Fredo" products online without Brand authority letter and without a valid GSTIN bill will be sent legal notice and will be prosecuted in court of law.
This website is not meant for children less than 16 years of age. Children between age 16 years to 18 years are advised to use this website under their parent/guardian presence. The parent or the legal guardian is fully responsible for use of this website and any purchase made or legal liability of the minor.

This information box describes how Fredo (referred to as "Fredo", "ASG Enterprise", "we", "our" and "us") uses and discloses the information, that we collect from customers, when they visit our website, www.fredo.in ("Site"). ASG Enterprise is the data controller and is responsible for the collection and use of customer's personal data.
Type of data collection:- For the information that you provide to us during sign up or when you set up your account or profile, the information we collect may include your name, email address, telephone number, gender, date of birth, country where you reside, and other information that may help is better provide the services to you.
Purpose and use of data:- Communicate and verify the identity of customer. Send marketing information and answer technical queries of the customer. The data helps us to provide support and receive feedback.
Where is your data shared:- Logistics partners, payment vendors, banks or legal obligations.
Protecting your data:- Please be assured we partner with reputed payment vendors and logistic partners which have encryption technologies and authentication tools to safeguard sensitive information related to payment modes.
Child Privacy:- Utmost care is taken not to collect any sort of information from children under 16 years of age. If you think we have unknowingly collected information about your child, notify us and we will work to delete all personal information.
Third party services:- We do not disclose any personal information of our customers to any third party links/websites not affiliated with Fredo.
Cancellation:- Customers are our assets. And we value each and every one of you. Cancellations cannot be processed once the order is communicated to logistics, as they have already initiated the process of dispatching the order. Customers are requested to follow the link given in e-mail, sent to them, at the time of placing the order. Cancellations will not be processed for orders, bought with coupon discounts. These are limited time coupons and are solely aimed to liquify genuine inventory, at cost price, therefore cancellations will not be processed.
Refund:- If the product delivery takes more time than promised (reasons like natural calamities, delay due to the logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, etc are covered under exceptions and a refund will not be entertained under such circumstances), then the customer can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to the customer within 14 working days. We do not take any responsibility of a delay in refund because of the delays made by the bank, calamities or national holidays.
A customer can ask for a refund if the specification of product received is not as per the specifications mentioned in the website or if the product replacement takes more than 14 working days. A refund will not be initiated if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product, a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.
Replacement:- If you receive a defective or a damaged product, write to us on email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please be aware the defect will be assessed and ascertained by our experts in the factory. Customer is requested to make a video of unboxing, for express establishment of damaged product receiving. Customer is required to courier the defective/damaged product to Fredo factory, Delhi (ASG Enterprise. 29/5. Street No 6. Industrial Area-Libaspur. Delhi 110042). If the defect is minor, the product will come under repair category. A product will not be replaced if the customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product, a physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product, an electrical surge or any damage caused by the user. The customer will be responsible for sending the defective/damaged product to Fredo factory, Delhi and the charges (to and fro) will be borne by the customer itself.
